Auburn author publishes first novel

When she was a child, Christy Kyser Truitt loved to write. Though she may have taken a little too much from Dr. Seuss at the time, her inspirations are much deeper now.
After years of working in the business world, Truitt has embraced her two true callings - writing and motherhood - by publishing her first novel, "Serenity Point."
