ADVENTURES IN BAD WRITING with Dwayne and Jessica

Hilarious!!

Goth this as a Christmas present from someone who had the author for a teacher. Finally got around to reading it last week. All I can say (now that I have some air after laughing so much at the great "bad writing") is that I wish that I had the guy for a teacher. It would have been a blessed relief from the old female farts I had who taught the same way my grandparents' teachers probably did. What a sense of humor. My favorite has to be A TIMELESS TALE, although A COUNTRY TALE is a close second!

Wahoo! What laughs!!

Another tip brought me to buy my third book by this guy! Not a novel like the others but a real collection of laughs. I read the first two and decided I'm saving the rest for my vacation in May. They say "laughter is the BEST medicine" so I must be immune to all diseases just after two "adventures" with J&D!! Well worth the money. Thanks again, Ed Burher!!!

Lots of Yuks, Guffaws and Grimaces

Funny books; I wish I hadn't read all ten adventures so fast. Now I have to put the book away and wait a couple years to read it again. This author is a real humorist as well as a writer! Gimme more, Ed!

Worth the Dough!

The "timeless tale" alone would have made the price worth it. A co-worker knows the author and said he's a funny guy. Well he's more than funny. I could have read another 10 "adventures." A "celery addict" and "rapier-like elbows"? What an imagination!

Funny!

What a masterpiece of overwriting! I don't know which I liked the most: the crazy dialogue and wordy narratives or the wacky characters. This guy ought to be writing for television or the movies or maybe for some advertising agency. Anyways, what a fun book.
