       What impressed me most about this book was the positive 'can-do'attitude expressed. What came through strongly were the ideas and suggestions for being proactive which time and time again led to successful interaction with one's tenants and built a rapport with them. A very readable book for everyone from the full-time manager of 100 properties to the lowly owner of one rental property.
