I sent my list of 100 names and addresses to PA.

My book is out.

Nobody got the Pre-Pub note.

I emailed PA and didn't get a response.

Anybody have any insight?

Thanks---Terry

Your best bet is to send a polite query to PA to confirm the letter was mailed. Sometimes things can get missed or perhaps become delayed due to schedule constraints...
You also have the postcard option with PA that you can email to your contacts in the meantime.

I hope this helps Terry,

Lillian

I already sent the polite query to PA, without
a response from them.

My 100 were names and addresses, not
email addresses.

Thanks....Terry

PS...the book is great and I still appreciate PA.

I e-mailed PA a couple of times to find out about the letter, and it turned out that they couldn't open the file with the names and addresses. I sent it again, and the letters were sent and everyone has received them. You just need to follow up with author support, and they are very good to help you.

I received a very nice email today from PA
explaining the process in much detail.

Thanks, PA.
